What does the ‘order status’ mean?

Order status is a status of your purchase. Here are the 3 statuses that you can see in your Slash account.

  1. Status ‘Completed’ means that your purchase was successful.
  2. Status ‘Cancelled’ means that something went wrong during the checkout process. In this case, your money should automatically land on your account immediately after.
  3. Status ‘Returned’ or 'Refunded' means that your order has been refunded, and Slash will return your money to your bank card within 5-12 business days. If you don't receive it, reach out to our support team via our website or send us an email at support@slash.com.
