How to get DE Confirmation Status

Step 1: Visit this website: https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/Ecorp/EntitySearch/NameSearch.aspx

Step 2: Put in your legal entity name and select the correct option below:

Step 3: Select “Status” and click “Submit”:

Step 4: Click “Continue”

Step 5: Log into your DE Secretary of State account:

Step 6: Enter your payment details ($10 cost)

Step 7: take a screenshot of this, upload it in the onboarding flow
