Invoicing Page
Navigate to the Invoicing tab to view a list of all invoices you’ve created. This table provides key details such as customer information, payment status, amount, due date, and more.
From this page, you can also duplicate an invoice or copy its link to send directly to your customer.
Invoice Statuses
Here’s what each invoice status means:
Unpaid — The invoice has been created and sent to the customer but has not yet been paid.
Overdue — The invoice remains unpaid past its due date.
Paid — The invoice has been paid, either through Slash or manually marked as paid. Slash automatically detects incoming transfers that match the invoice amount or reference number in the transaction description.
Voided — The invoice has been archived. You can mark an invoice as voided from its side panel.
Invoice Details
Click on any invoice to view all related information and download a PDF version. From this page, you can also update the payment status by marking the invoice as paid or unpaid.
When marking an invoice as paid, you can either link it to a specific Slash transaction or indicate that payment was received externally.
To edit details such as the due date or line items, select Edit invoice to return to the editing flow used during invoice creation.
