When checking out with a Slash virtual card, it's important to use the correct billing address. This helps prevent failed transactions due to mismatched information. While you provide your business and owner addresses when applying for Slash, it may not be obvious which one to use during checkout.
Follow the steps below to locate the correct billing address and name to use:
Log into your Slash account and navigate to Entity Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
In Entity Settings, you'll land on the General tab.
Scroll to the bottom where you'll see the Contact Information and Beneficial Owners sections.
Use the Contact Information address (e.g. 703 Market St, Ste 1500, San Francisco, CA 94103) as the billing address.
